Payment & Delivery
Payment Methods
At poleonline.de, the following payment methods are available:
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal to use this service. The payment is processed immediately after checkout.
Credit Card
By placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After successful authorization, the payment will be processed automatically and your card will be charged.
Instant Bank Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
If you choose instant bank transfer, you will be asked to log in to your online banking during checkout and complete the transfer as usual. The payment is received immediately, allowing us to process your order without delay. Orders paid via instant transfer on working days before 3:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
Google Pay
To pay with Google Pay, you must be registered with Google and have Google Pay activated. After authentication, the payment is processed immediately upon order completion. Further instructions are provided during checkout.
Apple Pay
To pay with Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, and have Apple Pay activated. After authentication, the payment is processed immediately upon order completion. Additional details are provided during checkout.
Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Our products are primarily packed and shipped from Berlin, Germany. Depending on stock availability, shipping may also take place from other locations in Europe, the USA, or China.
Shipping is handled by DHL, DPD, UPS, or Hermes.
Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstations) is currently not available.
Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days.

Your package will be dispatched within a maximum of 4 business days by 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and Mondays are excluded from dispatch.
